Today's Jesus

Jesus Christ is 100% God and 100% man.
He is before all things and in Him all things hold together. The bible tells us so many cool things about Jesus, that if I listed them all, you'd be blown away!
The most important of them, though, is that Jesus is our savior.
This means that Jesus is the only way into heaven. The reason this is, is God is perfect and his standard is perfection. Since He loves us, and knew none of us are perfect, that meant none of us could make it into heaven on our own.
So He sent His son Jesus Christ to die in our place as a sacrifice for all of the things that we do and don't do that make us imperfect.
Once He did this, He made it clear that He offers heaven to us as a free gift...
