times it may seem like it is impossible to gain freedom from it, and there is so
much shame in the sin, that we often don't share our struggles only to find that
the isolation leads us right back to the sin.

Information is great, but that's only part of the solution
to sexual sin. Most men that are honest with themselves will tell you that next
to a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, accountability is the most
important factor to staying sexually pure.
If you are saying to yourself, I can do this on my own. I
don't need any accountability. Ask yourself this question... 'How's it been
going so far?'
Accountability isn't just having to answer to someone,
it's being able to go to someone when you're struggling for prayer and help!
Don't enter into battle alone. Accountability works!
